This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through alevaro.us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Furniture and home furnishing items must be free from stains, damage, assembly marks, or signs of wear.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items include gift cards, clearance items, and customized or personalized furniture products.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our support team at info@alevaro.us with your order number and photos of the item's current condition.
Step 2: If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and attach the provided return label.

4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee

Defective or Damaged Products: If the furniture item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse: If you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong product, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

7. Exchanges The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.
